Founded in 1985 by the late Ahmed Abdullah Juffali, the Help Center is a private non-profit organization, located in Jeddah- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, dedicated to the welfare of children with intellectual disabilities from birth till the 18 years of age and beyond. One of the main goals of the Help Center program is to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities and encourage their integration in society with maximum independence possible.

Over the years, the Help Center program has evolved and broadened, drawing on internationally acknowledged specialized programs. The Art department offers a multi-disciplinary program, teaching the students valuable skills within a creatively expressive environment. Every year the children of the Help Center create hundreds of beautiful works of art, ranging from pottery figures, paintings, handicrafts, and woven pieces. Since 1996, the Help Center has been promoting the children’s work by printing some of their artwork in the form of greeting cards. The proceeds from the greeting cards sale are channeled back to fund the Help Center’s Art Department.
